Nitrox Diver is the entry level course for divers who want to expand their theoretical and practical skills, and whishes to lean about the benefits of diving with oxygen enriched air. The course contains theory and practical diving, focusing on safe use of nitrox with a maximum of 40 % oxygen, and a max depth of 39 meters. (Course outline as .doc or .pdf)

Decompression Nitrox Diver this course builds on the basic theory from the nitrox diver course, but includes more training and theory on the benefits of nitrox for use as a decompression gas. On this course you will learn to safely use nitrox mixes with up to 60% oxygen for carrying out accelerated decompression on dives to a maximum depth of 40 meters.

Technical Nitrox Diver is an advanced course for divers who want to learn how to safely conduct air dives to a maximum depth of 50 meters. The course will also involve theory and techniques for carrying out accelerated staged decompression utilising nitrox and pure oxygen.

Trimix Diver Module 1 is the first course involving mixed gas diving in the ITDA programme. The course will train the diver en safe diving with trimix breathing gas to a depth of 40-65 meters. As this course is entry level, the gas mixtures will contain no less than 18 % oxygen and a maximum of 45 % helium. The decompression will be carried out using nitrox and pure oxygen.

Trimix Diver Module 2 is the final and most advanced stage of open circuit technical diving. On this course you will learn to utilise hypoxic (less than 21% oxygen) breathing gas mixes and to dive to a depth of up to 100 meters. Decompression is carried out using one or more nitrox gasses or pure oxygen. The course includes both theoretical lessons, practical exercises and gear configuration.
